SUITCASE GSM (sGSM) SYSTEM

TLC's Suitcase GSM system is the one of the worlds smallest GSM solutions available.  The sGSM platform supports most features
available in today's commercial networks and provides up to 30 watts
of output power.  This system supports small deployable teams and provides 7 usable traffic channels.  Capacity can be increased by  adding additional suitcase BTSs (sBTS) via IP connectivity.  A typical sGSM system can support up to four additional sBTSs.  RF coverage
will vary depending on the actual configuration and environment,
but typically the coverage area will cover between a one mile to 10
mile diameter.

Two versions of the sGSM system are available depending on the feature sets needed by the end user.  Each is small enough to carry
on a commercial aircraft, but the sizes and weight do vary slightly. 
The larger system weighs approximately 45 lbs and the smaller version weighs approximately 35 lbs.
